The ranch has approximately 1,055’ of frontage along RR 965. The property conveniently sits 43 miles SW of Horseshoe Bay, 86 miles N of San Antonio, and 90 miles W of Austin.
There is a 5-car garage totaling 1,525 SqFt, as well as an 8,300 SqFt permeable-paver parking area. The back of the property has a multiple roads of red granite gravel which is perfect for a nature trail or scenic hiking. Located in the SE corner of the property and away from the main residence, is a 50’x30’ (1,500 SqFt) metal storage barn with three roll-up doors and extensive, heavy-duty wood framed shelving.
